The Christie charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Gifts from the public make a huge difference to the care and treatment that The Christie is able to provide to our patients and their families.

Whilst we have achieved a phenomenal amount thanks to the backing of our donors, this doesn’t mean we can be complacent with our achievement and we always have plans in the pipeline to further improve our services, we have big plans and ambitions for the future and all of these require your support.

We are one of the largest hospital charities in the UK with 86p in every pound going directly to the patients.

We have over 43,500 supporters , of which more than 6600 give regular gifts, and each of these have helped us to raise £15.9m last year.

Over 1015 community events and 355 corporate fundraisers were held on our behalf, 190 people left us a gift in their will  and more than 7500 people tackled a sporting challenge. All of these wonderful supporters have helped to  fund life-changing and potentially life-saving projects.
