The Christie charity was delighted to learn this week that it has been adopted by www.cheshire-golf.co.uk as its charity partner for the next 12 months.
The service, which acts as an on-line golfing community for everything golf- related in the Cheshire area, has promised to donate £2 from every annual membership fee, to the Christie Charity.
Craig Stubbs, the founder of Cheshire-golf.co.uk said:
“At Cheshire golf we have lots of experience of fundraising through golfing events and will be happy to offer help and advice to Christie supporters wanting to get involved through their club in or around Cheshire. Whatever level you are playing at, a charity golf day can be a great way to get a group of people together and our on-line service can show you how.”
Head of Corporate partnerships at The Christie, Laura Baynham-Hughes said: “The Christie has a long history of support from golfers and we’re really looking forward to working with www.cheshire-golf.co.uk .”
