The Manchester Million appeal is about raising funds to fight men’s cancers and at the same time raise “awareness” amongst men to get themselves checked out on a regular basis.
Local businessman, Bernard Edmunds, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2004, and Noel Clarke, a leading urological surgeon at The Christie, head the appeal.
